- 2025 was the first year in which the Company received Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification

Challenges and Opportunities
The Company faces challenges arising from the limited availability of energy resources, electricity costs and the need to reduce environmental impacts, alongside the requirement to set continuous and measurable greenhouse gas reduction targets
with carbon neutrality targeted by 2040 and net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
At the same time, the Company sees business opportunities in applying renewable energy technology within its production processes, which helps reduce energy costs and supports the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, in line with the Company's greenhouse gas management policy and enhancing long-term energy efficiency.
Management Approach and Value Creation
Energy Management
The Company recognises the importance of using energy efficiently given the limited natural resources available, in order to reduce environmental impacts and electricity costs. The Company has therefore applied renewable energy technology within its production processes as an environmentally friendly alternative energy source that helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
The Company has implemented a renewable energy sourcing project by installing solar panels on the roofs of its warehouse buildings, production buildings and car park, with a total installed capacity of 2.00 megawatts (MW). The installation was completed and began generating electricity for use within the factory from 2022 onwards.

| Unit | 2023 | 2024 | 2025 | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Total electricity consumption within the organization | Kilowatt-Hours | 14,298,781.00 | 16,797,876.00 | 16,895,574.43 |
| Electricity purchased for consumption from non-renewable energy sources | Kilowatt-Hours | 14,298,781.00 | 14,542,887.00 | 14,738,269.00 |
| Electricity purchased or generated for consumption from renewable energy sources | Kilowatt-Hours | 0.00 | 2,254,989.00 | 2,157,305.43 |

In addition to using renewable energy, the Company continues to work on reducing electricity consumption through measures such as campaigns to switch off lights when not in use, controlling the start-up and shutdown of large machinery power systems (chillers, air compressors and AHUs), planning additional solar panel installations, and improving the energy efficiency of equipment and machinery. The Company also plans to study the feasibility of applying AI to support more precise energy management.
Greenhouse Gas Management
The Company has established a greenhouse gas management policy to serve as a framework for effective and measurable management. In 2024, it set targets of carbon neutrality by 2040 and net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050.
The Company has collected data and obtained verification of its greenhouse gas emissions and removals since 2021, and in 2023 expanded the scope of data collection to cover Scope 3, as detailed in the table below.

| Greenhouse Gas Emissions* | Unit | 2022 | 2023 | 2024 | 2025 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scope 1 | TonCO2e | 1,814.10 | 2,111.25 | 1,988.80 | 1,878 |
| Scope 2 | TonCO2e | 5,960.37 | 6,011.55 | 6,126.83 | 5,956 |
| Scope 3** | TonCO2e | - | 62,452.11 | 37,827.52 | 32,881 |
- * Greenhouse gas emissions and removals have been verified and certified by SGS (Thailand) Ltd.
- ** The scope of data collection and verification was expanded to include Scope 3 in 2023
- Category 1 (Scope 1): Direct greenhouse gas emissions and removals
- Category 2 (Scope 2): Indirect greenhouse gas emissions from energy consumption
- Category 3 (Scope 3): Other indirect greenhouse gas emissions
| Greenhouse Gas Emissions* | Unit | Change 2024–2025 | 2022 | 2023 | 2024 | 2025 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Scope 1 + Scope 2 | TonCO2e | 3.47% | 7,774.47 | 8,122.80 | 8,115.63 | 7,834 |
| Carbon Intensity Scope 1+2 | TonCO2e | 11.63% | 2.03 | 1.73 | 1.72 | 1.92 |
- The Company manages energy on an ongoing basis and has prepared energy management reports since 2022 in accordance with the Energy Conservation Promotion Act B.E. 2535 (1992), submitting annual reports to the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency (DEDE) by March each year, with external auditors engaged to verify and certify its energy management.
