The Company conducts its business under the vision of

Sustainability Framework
The Company applies an ESG framework that is integrated into its core business strategy, guided by the principle of Sustainability by Design — embedding sustainability thinking into every process, from product design, raw material sourcing and production through to distribution and consumption. The core framework comprises three principal dimensions:
Focusing on reducing environmental impacts across the value chain, with emphasis on resource efficiency, the circular economy and clean energy.
Promoting fairness, supporting the development of employees and communities, and upholding responsibility towards customers and consumers.
Conducting business with good governance and transparency, combating corruption and creating long-term economic value.
This framework has been approved by the Board of Directors and is directly linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), in particular SDG 7, 8, 12 and 13
Long-Term Sustainability Targets
- Achieve Carbon Neutrality by 2040
- Achieve Net-Zero Emissions by 2050
- Continuously increase the proportion of clean energy used and reduce electricity consumption per tonne of production (in 2025, clean energy accounted for 13% of total energy consumption, and electricity consumption per tonne of production was reduced by 1% from the previous year)
- Move towards Zero Landfill for industrial waste through the circular economy, by converting wastewater sludge into high-quality soil conditioner

- Prepare a Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) report and review it annually
- Promote employee development, foster sound relationships and provide fair remuneration.
- Develop employees and create sustainable employment opportunities through the vocational dual education programme (student numbers increased by more than 137%, from 27 in 2024 to 64 in 2025)
- Maintain employment and support careers for persons with disabilities under Sections 33 and 35 (28 persons in 2025)

- Conduct business with good governance and maintain membership of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC)
- Systematically assess and manage ESG risks on an annual basis
- Encourage key business partners to operate sustainably and to participate in ESG assessments

The Company drives its sustainability framework through the involvement of the Board of Directors and senior management, integrating it into business strategy and day-to-day operations. Key performance highlights in 2025 include:
Monitoring, Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement
The Company monitors its performance through clearly defined KPIs and discloses information transparently through its Annual Report (One Report), ESG performance reports and investor website, enabling all stakeholder groups (shareholders, employees, customers, business partners and communities) to follow its progress on an ongoing basis.
