- Lost Time Injury Severity Rate (LTISR) = 2.21 (down from 2.35 in 2024)
- Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) = 0.16 (down from 0.27 in 2024)
- Number of lost time injury incidents = 5 (down from 9 in 2024)
- Occupational health and safety (OHS) training averaged 6.8 hours per person per year

Challenges and Opportunities
The food manufacturing industry carries safety risks arising from machinery, heat, chemicals and work in confined spaces.
Challenges
- Preventing accidents involving both employees and contractors working within the factories (in 2025, 120 contractor companies worked a total of 109,088 hours).
Opportunities
- Applying technology and digital systems to help monitor and reduce risk; by 2030, the Company aims to deploy technology to further enhance safety.
