Introducing our new corporate culture, "TKN GREAT"

In August 2024, Taokaenoi upgraded its corporate culture as part of its strategy to develop the potential of its employees and the company as a whole, with the goal of achieving sustainable growth and global competitiveness. At the same time, it aims to create value for employees, management, shareholders, customers, partners, and other stakeholders, believing in the TKN GREAT corporate culture.

GREAT Culture is Taokaenoi's way of working, comprised of five distinct work cultures:

1. Growth Mindset - Having a growth mindset allows one to develop and improve their abilities through learning and embracing challenges in order to achieve their goals.
2. Resilience - The ability to cope with failure or things not meeting expectations by learning, being flexible, and adapting until the work can continue towards the next goal.
3. Excellence - Striving for excellence in work, goods, and products; working efficiently; and delivering value to stakeholders.
4. Accountability - Be responsible for achieving goals that are met by stakeholders such as employees, management, shareholders, customers, business partners, etc.
5. Teamwork - Working together, seeing the big picture, sharing information, coordinating ideas and acknowledging differences within the team to achieve a common goal.
